I have zero paternal instincts. I’ve been that way for as far back as I can remember, and at the age of 42, I’m too drat old to have a child now. Technically not, but I wouldn’t want to be in my 60s when my child is in high school. That’s unfair to them. I helped raise my two nephews who are good kids. Good and close enough to be cool uncle material, but never enough for a father.
