Since he’s proceeding in forms pauperis and is alleging a civil rights violation, I’m assuming he’s claiming his right to free speech was violated by the reg fee

I had to google it. He's poor. Or cheap, and just trying to get over. I know a Matthew Clifford, but he's in Virginia, at this time. Presiding Judge : Marvin E Aspen, 87yrs old. Appointed by Jimmy Carter. Presided over the case of Michael Jackson of copyright laws over the song "The Girl is Mine" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvin_Aspen Just lol, at M. Clifford trying to explain SomethingAwful to an 87 year old. Oh to be a fly on the wall. lol. i can't even read. Sorry M. My heart goes out to the poor law clerk who had to write this in the dismissal order:

pretty much all of those points are absolutely true so how does that work, is there a pre-screening step that goes 'well the first amendment restricts laws not the policies of private corporations and even if it did it wouldn't even apply to any of these'? or is jeff going to have to actually pay for a lawyer to do some kind of motion to dismiss? edit: oh its already dismissed? cool

They also note that he has filed 16 other pro se lawsuits in the past six weeks.

Blurry Gray Thing posted:It doesn't seem like SA, the named party, was even made aware of this... until the DDOS thread. Correct but that’s not unusual. You’re not required to respond until you’re served. And pro se cases are screened specifically to weed out complaints like these in order to help save unnecessary time effort and money.
