Becoming blind means you could still see fun stuff on psychedelics and listen to music to aid with visuals. But it also means you are locked out of a lot of other stuff.

Being deaf well I'm basically deaf half the day at work since I'm not playing music and not interacting with anyone so it's like a silent void for 8 hours. Subtitles are fine. Oh and I can still post in byob, yup better to go deaf than blind. I'll miss music.

this is another good point, my hearing is shite to begin with, at least I know my prescription for glasses. drat yeah I'm gonna miss music a lot.

I would rather

I would rather be deaf because being blind means you can't drive and it's not feasible to live in most places in these united states unless you have a car. But if I could go without driving then I would seriously consider being blind.
I don't need to be invisible but knowing every language sounds very awesome.
I would rather be a hypochondriac raccoon than a continuously stressed out possum.
