 So how does the ISO affect range and how would ISO's of 25, 50, 200 and 400 affect say F/5.6?

 An ISO 400 is 2 stops more sensitivity so you would move 2 stops further away in the chart to 4.7- 36.7 ft.

ISO 200 - F/4.0: 1.0 - 8.0m (3.3-26.7 ft.)
ISO 100 - F/5.6: 0.7 - 5.6m (2.3-18.7 ft.)
ISO 50 - F/8.0: 0.5 - 4.0m (1.7-13.3 ft.)
ISO 25 - F/16: 0.25 - 2.0rn (0.8- 6.7 ft.)
