RULES  o Don't go out of your way to tell people the source if you want to be a troll o One anime series per post, up to twelve images per post, from any number of episodes. o If it's another anime series, make another post o If it's too hot for ADTRW, censor the image or don't post the gif/webm. Don't post porn, duh o If it spoils a recent episode from an anime, use spoiler tags and title it as such o Any NWS gore should be an image link, just to be safe o (rules may be subject to change) o Otherwise go as wacky as you want

Whats the recommended way to gif on Windows? I've use Instagiffer but output quality is not good, and I've seen people say ffmpeg but dealing with command line seems ridiculous. Episode 11 of Machikado Mazoku 2 just dropped:

It's on sourceforge, should be ok to download from there since they apparently stopped bundling weird poo poo into their downloads without asking developers. But it only makes old-rear end gifs and not any of newer video formats, so I imagine there's probably better software out there now.
