I missed this because I wasn't tracking a connecticut federal bankruptcy action, but the CT plaintiffs got their remand from bankruptcy court.

I have not finished reading through this, but it looks like things are about to start moving in CT besides the disciplinary hearings tomorrow.

Nothing is happening today. The case was just formally remanded back to the CT court today from bankruptcy court. There will be show cause hearings tomorrow against attorneys Reynal and Pattis for leaking confidential information. Jury selection resumes on the 18th in CT case.

Pattis just now filed a motion to disqualify the judge from his show cause hearing tomorrow.

Wait... wasn't there a thread by a goon that used to work with Joe Exotic a few years back. I'm sure there was.

Things from it I recall are meth use, bad accommodation, terrible travel arrangements and sub-standard food... but maybe it was a different animal abuser.
