The Forward Party website suggests that candidates affiliated with the Forward Party will likely run as a member of one of the two major parties.

Forward has no plans to run a candidate for President in 2024 and plans on working to elect state and local officials.

i don't know if they're convinced this is an actual thing that could go somewhere for them, like they're not finding jobs in administrations anymore, or whether there's some other agenda. the second option might ascribe more intelligence and foresight than bush-era administration officials demonstrated they were capable of though
