This year it's the Detroit Lions coached by DAN "“It doesn’t matter if you have one rear end cheek and three toes, I will beat your rear end” CAMPBELL. I'm mostly here for the singing and dancing segments. And Dan Campbell's mixed metaphors.

Every member of the Lions coaching staff is insane and I am here for it. Also Malcolm Rodriguez might be the real deal.

drat I’d feel so weird being a rookie and having a coach go off for like 5 minutes hyping me up with a bunch of vets around me.

Its a brave new experiment in coaching. Meatheads all the way down. Loveable meatheads mostly, and they're making me like the Lions, but I'm a little skeptical. Also, Amon-Ra St. Brown gives off strong serial killer vibes. Just reciting the names of his enemies with a dead pan expression and no inflection in his voice.

They showed him getting a carry in the game against Indy but no face time with the cameras. This season has been pretty entertaining so far. I don’t think I made it through the 2x LA or the Cowboys season but this one seems to have a lot more energy and the players and coaches actually have some personality.

Mercifully this season has had approximately zero Goff content.

I did think it was really funny when Blough said he had a few throws he wanted back and Goff said “why? You were 16-22” and he responded with “yeah, for 72 yards and a pick” Just an A+ exchange all around

Get ready for the Cardinals in season one. Gonna be a hoot to watch JJ Watt show us how hard he works again this year. And watch Kyler play the new CoD as his stats drop off.

There's a bunch of traveling Van Gogh exhibits that charge $50 to sit in a room where they project starry night on the wall. They're basically created for instagram people. I've never gone or had the interest in going but I've heard that it's extremely unimpressive and have very misrepresented advertisements.

Last year was weird iirc in that they followed the colts all of the regular season (plus the playoffs if they hadn’t y’know) but I’m guessing teams weren’t really into that idea. This year’s in season was nicely timed for a Cardinals’ collapse in early November but kliff and kyler may be ruining our dramatic television early.
