real answer, probably the big lebowski or the grand budapest hotel. both are pretty chill and very funny, but it's more about the vibe than jokes so they don't get stale.

Someone already mentioned Big Lebowski, but Die Hard, Blazing Saddles, Airplane!, and Phantasm have all been re-watched many, many times. Freddy Got Fingered, Road Trip and SuperTroopers are up there as well.
