I've never been able to do a push up. Okay maybe a couple with terrible form when I was younger. Situps? Sure. Pushups? gently caress no. Pull ups? Lol. Turns out being on the computer all the time just doesn't seem to build upper body muscles. Maybe the problem is not enough computer. Yeah that's probably it.

ya do starting strength it has an app and everything im sure whatever gym has a person that can show you the ropes just keep it really simple

2. Eat more protein
3. Watch some free you tube videos about work outs with 5lb , 10lb and 15lb weights 3 times a week for like 20 to 30 minutes
4. Do that for like 3 months

So, IMO, this seems like the best workout plan for me. Just gonna watch people exercise and feel stronger, vicariously.

2. I'm satisfied with my protein consumption.
3. Sounds like effort so I'm not going to do that.

2. Just fried chicken right? Baked chicken is at best only ok. Smoked can be pretty good.
3. I don't watch that much but I do watch Strictly Dumpling from time to time.
