There is a specific hijab the moral police want you to wear, so you can still be wearing a (wrong) hijab but they can pick you up if they feel like it. Apparently the 'correct' hijab isn't really that common and it's down to bad luck if they decide to go after you. Also: this is just me taking what was said on BBC at face value when they interviewed someone from a human rights watch group familiar with the matter. I'm no expert
