I went to a lot of DDT shows when Dieno was starting to wrestle, he's really cool. I just don't think his gimmick translates well outside of Japan at all, and there's a lot of japanese comedians whos gimmick is basically sexual assault which is incredibly uncomfortable

And when he's doing DDT The Night stuff, he is really well spoken and endearing when he isn't doing his Dieno gimmick. He's a great wrestler too, when he isn't doing his Dieno gimmick. But that's what's over in Japan. It's like Hard Gay, Masatoshi Hamada, and Kuro-Chan, they're incredibly uncomfortable characters

edit: minus the Hard Gay working for the Yakuza.

Legitimately the first I've seen of Cara Noir (had heard of him before) was in these last two DDT shows, and he's pretty cool!

Cara Noir is actually cool though, I like his theme and his facepaint. His name just throws me off because I expect him to be a luchadore like El Phantasmo
