Only 35.5% of players have the acheivement for completing the first tutorial and just 6.1% have completed the game. There's a weird tone/jankiness to the writing and movement of Super Daryl Deluxe, I know it put me off and I didn't finish the tutorial.

Toki Tori 2 (arguably the very first Metroidbrainia) teaches you simple songs that if you note down will allow you to do massive skips from the very start.
