I regularly sip water. I never get hangovers as I drink a gallon of water per day. It's good stuff Just went and had some casa migos shots. Good poo poo.

just finished a protein shake, plant based powder with soy milk usually i make a smoothie with it, but ran out of bananas and spinach so i'm keeping it simple tonight
