Univerity of Phoenix has been flying up the rankings, moving from 10th in week 5 to 3rd in week 8, as well as climbing to 2nd overall in points. With just 2 weeks remaining, we have our first team to have clinched a playoff spot, as well as our first team to be mathematically eliminated. Before the season started, we decided to do a 6 team playoff. That means that Taxes can fall no lower than 6th and has clinched a playoff birth. In the same measure, Phyllis from Mulga can no longer climb out of the hole they are in, and are eliminated from the championship playoff. I might go mad with power if #7 is tied or within one game of #6 to make it a 7 team playoff, so don't give up yet! And of course, as usual, I'll do a consolation bracket and a worst team bowl, so there's still plenty to play for. The Paterno People, Shough it off, and Cristo Balls and ACL tears have been holding on to top 6 in the standings all season. Can they stay in the playoff picture?

Lol Hokies, nice of you to give a glimmer of hope before collapsing and blowing it in spectacular fashion to a freshman 3rd string QB YET AGAIN. I can't even be mad this year, its just a lovely product right now. Every roster spot is up for grabs, recruit over everyone Pry. 18 pt blown lead in the 4th. Literally needed like a few first downs in the 4th or a FG and this game is won. Team has a long way to go mentally it looks like beyond the physical deficiencies of the roster.

I take no pleasure in observing this but if the bad red team just throws to Harrison on most downs he is wide open and or covered by an undersized corner who is playing way way off him and appears to be bad.
