Never had a McRib and maybe never will, as I'm cutting down on meat and not sure they sell 'em here in Australia anyway.

So I can have the experience at least secondhand, would someone please describe eating a McRib in complete detail, e.g. mouthfeel, sweetness/umaminess, big enough to completely satisfy?, gristle free? tastes rather like..., aftertaste, sits well in the stomach?, rating out of 10, etc. etc., tia.
