i forgot to add a note so when my sam-ee gets my package here is some justification. my theme was "spicy" there are some regular rocks then a chunk of amethyst, which is like a spicy version of a regular rock. there is a moose plush doll, the meat of which i would describe as "spicy beef" and is also a feature of the place that i live. same with the rocks i guess. there's a tie dye bandana because of all the dying processes i think tie dye is the spiciest. the edgar rice burroughs book has a cover that could conservatively described as spicy and i am sure the contents are equally spicy. there is some spicy candy, which represents the theme by being spicy. also some glow in the dark pigment powder in a lil jar and some other stuff i forgot i bet.

Yeah, nothing showed up here. I imagined over two months would have been enough time for international shipping companies to sort out their problems, but guess whatever was sent either got lost or was returned? I wouldn't know. At least I made someone happy with my small gifts, so it was a success.

We got an update! I think! I was just informed about a package from Japan from someone I don't recognize, so I'm gonna guess it's EFN's secret sam mentioned above? It's had a looooong rear end journey from what I can see from the tracking code I just got:  Sent in 9 December, lost somewhere all this time until the 20th of February when it finally arrived in my country. Here's where the good news turn into bad news: I don't know what was written in the customs form declaration but those assholes at the customs office have been holding it hostage since Feb 20 and are formally asking now (nearly 15 days later) what's in it and what's it valued at because they want to likely suck up some import taxes + VAT. Way to ruin what could have been a happy ending to the story. Gonna see if I can sort this out by claiming I know it's a gift but not what's in it exactly.

Another update, this one out of nowhere! A fellow by the handle of bloodyfingers friended me on Steam and gifted me Josh Sawyer's amazing new game Pentiment in BYOB's name!? That was unexpected but pretty generous of their part and a great gift to boot!
