I would add "original game boy cartridge" or something below gen 1/2 (to mirror the "virtual console re-release" text below the gen 1/2 rereleases)

Done and done!

WarpDogs posted:

e: wait, I'm wrong, I'm thinking of the remake versions of Gen 1/2. Sorry!

Yeah, just updated the chart to specify that it's strictly the cart versions of Gen I & II that can't transfer up.

Thank you guys for the feedback!

The jank hasn't been to terrible for me so far. I played a couple hours last night and will probably binge through most of the game today.

Framerate can slow to a crawl, the camera gets stuck when in small spaces, but the big offender I've noticed is clipping.

But for all it's faults, SV is just way more charming then SwSh ever thought of being. It has so much personality and that's reflected in the actual animations (limited as they can be), and the abundance of flavor text for everything.

Just found and caught my first wild shiny!

It was for a shiny Pokemon I had already bread in SwSh: Skwovet.

Arceus had the best implementation of over world shinies and I can't believe they ditched it. I can kinda understand taking away the sound effect, but even LGPE gave them a little sparkle as they walked around. They spawn more often, sure, but are also easier to miss.
