I'm in this weird space where I love the idea of a modern OS running on ancient hardware but not having any ancient hardware to run it on. Even if I did, I don't think I could come up with a use case other than "yo wouldn't it be funny to browse SA on my Amiga 1200 and have the whole machine grind to a screeching halt the moment a PNG appears on screen"

i IPL poo poo multiple times a day, have done for 20 years, and this is the first time its come up organically on the internet for me outside mailing list posts. neat i do kinda want a desktop vax, but my life is hardware and software that does not work and i want to do less janitoring at home not more.
