I'm making duck confit. This involves parting out and rendering a duck. I cured it overnight with a rub of salt, parsley and shallots, then flayed it and parted it out. Here's what it looked like when I went to render the fat. Post the least appetizing photo of food you've made, whether in-progress or plated.
