pro tip: most of the gate security at le mans doesn't give a poo poo about booze, and to avoid the few who do just stash it inside your folding chair. No-one ever checks those.

If the random cars on flatbeds I used to see around are anything to go by there was usually a scaffolding pole bolted behind the driver's seat too. Extra safe.
