Kyler was getting a lot better two seasons ago before the injuries knocked him out. Spent the first few years of his career ignoring wide open routes but he tamed that down a lot. Dunno what happened to him last year. Guess a combination of poor coaching and being hurt still? Maybe he went back to bad habits? It's just such a night and day difference from him in 2021 than in last year and his first two years.

I imagine like the likelihood of stumbling your way into a win at some point over a full season goes up exponentially with each game added to the schedule. I feel like it's potentially a very long time before we see someone manage to a) gently caress up that badly that often and b) be that unfathomably unlucky. eagles gonna do it next season prolly

Yeah, if the 2022 season was good for anything (it was literally only good for this one particular thing), it was for showing it's extremely difficult to not win at least once The champs loving lost to the still-employing-Reich Colts

Yeah, like if your true chance of winning each individual was 5%, you'd still have a 60% chance of winning at least one game over a 17 game season. It's going to take dedication to go 0-17.

In the end it’s an independent 5% chance to win every week. This always bothered me about probability.

Not gonna watch right now but I assume the Titans one is that utterly sick tag-team interception in the end zone. Because it certainly wasn't anything the offense did...!

It's actually that one sweet Henry run where he fumbles at the end then some other guy recovers in the end zone. One kinda dumb thing is there's only 1 Jefferson catch (that 4th and 18 absurdity). Tyreek Hill I think has the most non-qb ones with 4, though one of them is that silly double fumble thing he recovers and runs an end around with for a TD. AJ Brown has 3 bomb catches that might as well be the same play. The Patriots have 4 different pick-6's, the one Punt return TD on the season, and there one offensive play is one where a Pats Receiver bats a bomb to Jakobi Meyers .
