Gambit mode where it's a cooking competition and we're making a vex milk and cabal suit gel based dip for hive chitin chips. Coin flipping mini game. I really want to wait and see how things shake out with the new system before getting ~mad at video games~ but goddamn am I tired of hearing about enhancing gunplay and nerfing ability poo poo yet again. They took a fat poo poo on ability cooldowns so many times already and it's taken this long to get that aspect of the fun rpg space magic back, just for them to turn around and probably do it again. It's tiring. I didn't get into destiny to play codblops copy paste. Divorce pvp and pve completely already, or suck it up and just let it ride goddamn.

Yeah the champ counter changes are all fine and well, y'know, if bungie unfucks how buggy the mobs are in the first place. Totally cool to have this dumbass tacked-on system still around all these years later. Absolutely thrilling content. I joke a lot about dunking balls and standing on plates but Champs are still dumb and will continue to be unless the core issue is fixed.

I WANT to be wrong, so very badly. The story is cool af, the physics of the game are still head and shoulders above anything else that can compete in this market, and the skyboxes are phenomenal. Constantly getting hamstrung for a couple of seasons while they walk poo poo back isn't fun, and it keeps happening.

But I also couldn't care less if someone has one build they love, whether it's optimal or not, and they just lean into it hard because that's how they want to play their escape from reality game. Just like how they wanted is to finally be able to do mono-elemental builds, it seems like they're trying to accomplish that but until next week we won't know if our even works well at all. I know what's in the traveler it's supereververse where you can buy greebles with macguffins

Goddammit I'll be happy if the 1kv changes are badass, I loved dps phases with it. It's still awesome for shooting mans and giving with people behind cover or invaders in gambit. Also bring back the bug where it screamed and broke eardrums lol E: eagerly awaiting how I can redo my riptide/cartesian/1kv solar warlock build with the new mods, but if they're removing the weapon ammo finders instead of just adding to them that'll be sad. LF Spoilers Witness opens up the traveler, decimals now intruded to power level. Seasonal artifacts replace ghosts and can only be leveled by playing content from previous season storylines in chronological order. Mercury is back, can use sparrows there now, no sparrows or sprinting on all other planets though. Eramis finds third darkness power: rusty hamster wheel. PvP replaced with 69 dimensional chess, ELO no longer tracked, Shaxx voiced by Nolan North now. Ada knits Hawthorn bird a sweater, you can romance bird in hatoful boyfriend mini game. Winning mini game unlocks stuffed bird in bungie store that costs 2k and ships directly to you after all the world first raid belts get delivered from past DLC (never).

Stasis is loving dead, which makes me sad. They nerfed reserves on aeger by way of reserve mods being poo poo. Triple stack and I can't get max ammo on it. Ammo finder seems like it got nerfed and orb generation is super slow too now it seems. I think I'm done playing for the day after 2 hours. Feels extremely bad to play, and not because of the power level deficit, I can deal with that it's nothing new. But goddamn it feels tedious to play. Probably go back to maining void since resilience is poo poo and ability regen is just awful. Power fantasy means fantasizing about power, who knew!

Almost done with leg campaign, feels way too shooty for space magic looter shooter so far. If it's gonna be this way for a while I may take a drat break and go play an actual shootymans game again because this is rear end and again the only good part is the bungie movement code again.
