I got a taste for blown saves
Hoping we don't get a baseball version of this https://yourteamcheats.com/ from any Astros posters or maybe we should because this site is absolutely hilarious

For context, some Patriots fan created this after Deflategate

I don't care for motorsports but I love the NASCAR story about early cheating where you had a restriction on the size of your gas tank so they took it out of the one guy's car for inspection and I guess he didn't know so he got in his car and drove it away because it had a hidden tank for extra fuel

Shocking that you'd have cheating in a sport that originated in bootlegging

How you gonna tell that story and leave out the Eckstein123 part

I'm not familiar with this part. What is this "Eckstein123" part you are referring to?

Jeff Luhnow came from the Cardinals organization. Correa worked for him, and he "hacked" the Astros by guessing the password to their scouting database was Eckstein123

Or so the story goes anyway, I'm not sure it was ever confirmed

e: from the story

quote:

According to court transcripts from the Jan. 8 hearing that were obtained by the Houston Chronicle on Friday, the password of a high-ranking Astros executive, that Correa and his team used to access Astros’ systems, was based on the name of a player “who was scrawny and who would not have been thought of to succeed in the major leagues, but through effort and determination he succeeded anyway."
