There's a lot of technical support from the OEMs in various ways. GM for example has a pretty new tech center in Charlotte with fancy simulators and other stuff to help support teams. They were right to do so. If it was racing in a GT class or whatever, sure use the air jacks. It's an exhibition class to show off a NASCAR car running Le Mans, make the experience as NASCAR as possible.

Bubba is fine-to-good. He's run about as well as Reddick for the most part, just hasn't had the same results to show for it.

With the current format, I don't even remember who won the championship by the time January rolls around, and I never miss a race. If the playoffs have to stay, it would be nice if the final round was three races instead of one.
