I think people should put up messages like this at their workplace but attribute it to other managers or employees. Progressively get more insane. Start off with saying you can't have hot meals or sugary drinks at your desk, then get to the point where you declare an edict wherein everyone MUST wear matching socks, and also if their ties don't coordinate you will be given a day off with no pay. Also if you don't wear a tie you can face a writeup. Just go nuts.
