If he did the right thing he could have gotten that way down in like a year though pretty easily at that age The other guy with high blood pressure was so bad though I think he was afraid of kidney damage. The one who said his eyes were hurting.

it's true, puking is under rated. it doesn't need to be a disorder it can just be a functional thing. theres no need to sit there with a bloated belly when you went overboard, just throw up a little bit. doesn't even need to be all of it just enough to take the pressure off. friends calling you to go out unexpectedly after a steak dinner? just vomit. all good.

good news, you can fix your blood pressure within weeks, not months or years, if you stop eating all the processed junk and meats that were making you sick this means there's no need to change your diet now, you can do it later, like 2-3 weeks before it would otherwise kill you
