 Resident Evil 4 is a game I've wanted to show Grace for a while, but then we kept getting distracted by whatever other stupid bullshit popped into my head and then we forgot. Anyway then they remade the game and it's sick as gently caress. I've played RE4 before forever ago, but Grace hasn't. Keep story spoilers to a minimum. Heck yeah. RE games are kind of interesting for me to watch, but I've never really felt any urge to play them. Don't know what it is, but something about RE4R (heh heh, "rear") is actually tempting me. And hey, look, Leon actually has an inner life! He's more than just bad quips! Not much more, but it's something I guess.

Cool, I've been playing through the game and was just thinking about looking up a playthrough for another perspective when this popped up. It's been a blast to play through myself, having played through the original way too many times over the years, and it'll be fun to see it from a different perspective.

I can't believe I never even thought to try disabling tripmines until I watched these videos. So many wasted bullets and grenades blowing them up  The only downside is that I played a bunch of MGSV right before this came out, so it just feels wrong that they don't go into your inventory to set up traps yourself.

It's so refreshing to see someone do the first clusterfuck normally instead of just shooting the bell. While it's a neat thing that you're able to do that, it gets a bit stale when everyone does it.

We can't prove that nobody was whipping axes at Dan's head. I got my husband to watch this LP with me since he's interested in the remake. He was completely fine before, very happy with the bear traps, but that puzzle made him shout at the screen.

I appreciate that Grace played along with the bit and replied "I don't loving know" about what aqui está means, even though he absolutely did. Also, the line for being behind you is "detras de ti, imbecile". Learn that one! It's still in the game, I've heard it a couple times. It'll save you.
