So if we want to impose the idea that a circle could be 100 degrees, we are essentially putting planar math, calculus, and all the trig tables aside for a moment. How do you calculate anything in this environment? Well, you use a standard sphere of complimentary width. To calculate one arbitrary degree, you pick one random point, any point on the circle. This point has a finite decimal length degree on any point in a metric circle. No matter what point you pick, it will never be in the noire. You superimpose an electronic logic scheme, a wavetable representing the surface tension of water and tidal forces as a complex calculation, and the system will reason a vantage to the point as a topographical chasm whose bottom is the point on the flat circle. The address length is now known (decimal legnth), and the system logic uses the bias of the point to determine which of many similar address lengths represent the chosen point on the circle. A system user can dither the exact decimal value by laboring over the point, and return the exact metric degree as a topographical marker on the sphere, which can be stored as a real numerical value at any resolution.

They wouldn’t be part of the electronic system though and not part of a metric circle. :nono:

So what if we want to calculate a point on a metric.. sphere then? :aaaaa:

isn't this just a normal circle where each metric degree reflects 3.6 "normal" degrees

how does that magically change the accuracy of doing decimal based math w/r/t spaces that don't necessarily conform to representation by finite numbers? :thunk:

There is a 'metric' form of angle called the Gradian. 100 units equals a right angle so a full circle is 400 gradians.

OP real math nerds use Radians sorry. There are two pi radians in a circle, and all the internal angles of a triangle add up to one pi.
