Timing for doing a title change is a tricky thing. Sometimes you miss the window like ROH did for Tyler Black or WCW/WWF did for Luger. And other times waiting just makes things even better (Okada having to wait an extra year to finally beat Tanahashi at the dome, Hangman journey to the tile). While I probably would of booked Briscoe winning I'm willing to trust Tony that he has a plan as usually he's been right on when to do switches
