Donnie has offered about 7 different excuses showing evidence of guilt (or known evasiveness), his fixer lawyer already confessed and has him on tape, his new lawyer had to leave BigLaw because BigLaw won't touch Donnie at all, the business he used has a convicted felony against it, he has a catch-and-kill pattern with Pecker, and multiple witnesses involved. Not at all a slam dunk, but not as weak either. And from what some NY-centric lawyers are saying, it might not even have an intent requirement attached like the federal poo poo.

There's a decent chance that the economy continues to poo poo the bed for the average person over the next year, and between people getting kicked off of medicaid and the general downward shift I think people aren't going to be thinking too kindly about Biden by November.
