It's always very funny when people get angry at Rotten Tomatoes, a completely neutral aggregate, because a movie they like is at 50% critic rating. They act as if though this means the critics are giving a movie a 50% score instead of the reality where 50% of the reviews are positive and 50% are negative. The way RT weighs this for different rating systems or non-rating reviews can be iffy, but people are just insanely loving stupid. That 50% doesn't mean the movie is like a 2/4 star movie, it means half the critics liked it and half didn't, a good number of the half that did like it could have given it a 4/4. The fact that get angry at critics is dumb as gently caress period. Sorry someone has different standards than you? Sorry your taste in movies didn't get validated? Why cry like a bitch about it? Anti-critic people are loving dumb.
