I find medium rare steak to be too chewy I like Pink through out. I just find medium easier to chew and swallow.

Chili Mac is weird.

Wouldn't it be better to just have chili and dip it with tortilla chips or oyster crackers or something

I've actually never seen anyone eat chili Mac.. except out of a can like some chef boyardee stuff

Chili Mac is the most superior form of Chili. Anything else is a pale echo, a forgettable ghost of a meal that could have been.

Except it's best on spaghetti, not mac.

I'd like to try some noodle chili, while also in no way endorsing it as official chili.

Chili with just regular corn nuts on top , sour cream, cheddar, green onion. Yes please.

Hey.. I'm :justpost:ing heah!

Chili is best the next day. It gets dummy thicc and the flavor concentrates wonderfully

It should have cheddar cheese on top and come with tortilla chips for scooping into the maw.

I've been on a rice/eggs/meat in a frying pan kick.

Love it, just toss it all in there and fry it up.

I personally think oyster crackers are inferior and really only needed to thicken the chili if you made the mistake of not just cooking it and putting it in the fridge over night then eating it the next day... I just mentioned it because some people seem to prefer it to tortilla chips (they are wrong)

Your style of chili is very alien to me. I just reduce it enough so it's thick right away and then ladle it over cooked spaghetti noodles with cheese & green onion

I still have some salsa I made earlier this week which went on top. Cilantro + jalapeno + garlic + oil in a blender w/ a little sour cream folded in. With regular chili I usually do sour cream + cheese + cilantro

It's just a saltine cracker that's thicker but only as big around as a dime.

I think it's mostly used to stretch out soups and such by adding bulk.

It's just a flavorless basic rear end flour cracker you crumble up or just toss in soup.

Edit: nm my reading comprehension is on point tonight. I think my dad used to use them or saltines in chili as a kid before we discovered the fancy tortilla chip from far off mexico
