Hey qwerty my wife has been having some symptoms that her PCP thought was lupus so she sent her to a rheumatologist and the rheumatologist said “lol you have ehlers danloss” any tips?

My advice for rare diseases is to buy a lottery ticket. The odds are usually like 1.35:1 or so and that's a hell of a lot better than the genetic lottery.

Also, what song was parodied? Just curious, thanks.

Depends on what type she has, and the types have changed a few times since I got diagnosed lol

Mine's relatively severe hEDS (hypermobility type) and my treatment is limited to palliative care like yoga and positional and postural awareness, and I live my life knowing that someday I'll probably be walking along, have an aortic dissection and John Ritter the gently caress outta here.

I'm guessing your wife doesn't have a history of random subluxations and full dislocations or she probably would have gotten diagnosed sooner lol

Lol no. She’s been “diagnosed” with hypermobility many times in the past but this is the first time EDS has come into the picture. Still early stages and they’re gonna run some more tests but the rheumatologist seemed pretty sure.

all eyes on the transfer portal, op. priorities are probably some perimeter scoring (stretch four much? wing with a three-level game?) and depth at point.

He's a 7'2 big beefy boy who can move and shoot free throws. I think he should be a high draft pick but I've learned my opinion is not widely shared.
