Looking for Everquest stuff is how I stumbled upon Lowtax's Everquest content back in 2002. I would read every single Photoshop Phriday and there was a Lieutenant in my squadron who also enjoyed me sending picture to her from the PP's. Eventually I started reading the forums but I believe you could only read so many posts for free a day so finally in 2005 I decided to get my account. What I'm saying is I totally agree with you that a lack of updates on the homepage has probably hurt bringing in newer people
