I actually woke up with a pounding headache yesterday morning and I'm pretty sure it's because I wasn't adequately hydrated. That said, it could also have been because I went to sleep under my covers when it was cold and then it was hot all night so I accidentally dehydrated myself in my sleep. Either way.

one method of hydration is to take a cup of water and dump a bunch of chia seeds in there. They'll absorb the water and form into goop you can mix and you just slurp it down like a slob. Splash some kinda juice or like almond or soy milk in there for flavor. crunch the seeds it's p good like a beverage you eat
