I was staying super hydrated but my new meds dehydrate the hell out of me. This is fine during the day because I can drink more water. But I have to sleep at some point and 7 hours is way too long to go without drinking water. Today I woke up dizzy which is totally awesome! I think the dry mouth overnight isn't doing any favors for my teeth either.

For content and not e/n: Iron Flask is awesome. I've hated every water bottle I ever owned until I got one.
