 my first ones of the summer. served in correct vessel, peanuts themselves are good, not crunchy, fairly juicy, slightly undersalted 8/10

Pretty easy to make yourself too, assuming you can source them. The supermercados by me usually carry them Given how good they are I’m surprised they didn’t catch on nationwide ----------------

i used to work between a bunch of peanut farms and a peanut processing plant so in october there would be peanut trucks all over and one time one tipped over up the road and my boss went and got like a 2 55 gal trash cans worth of green peanuts and boiled them and froze them and we had boiled peanuts in the fridge for snackin for like a year and a half and it was
