There was a period in the late 70s through the 80s where rap was getting popular and a bunch of bands decided they could incorporate rap into their sound, except it usually sucked.

I was listening to the radio the other day and Rapture by Blondie came on, and I had forgotten about Debbie Harry's horrible rap about eating cars or whatever. The song is otherwise a pretty decent disco song but yecch

I mean Alex is relatively the least highly regarded member of rush (even though he's a sick af guitarist) so it stands to reason he'd want to hang balls as a status move on the album art
