You might be a mission specialist or part of the Operations Crew or one of the support staff/medical.

You work at your main job about 4 hours a work day. Spend another 2 hours or so at some other job. Workouts, 2 hours. Other than that, free time on the big spinning ship.

So now that we're under way, welcome! As you know, everyone gets their own private room. It's not big, but it's yours.

There's the gym, and the game space. Handball season starts next Monday, sign up if you're interested.

There's the movie theater - we're on a roughly 10-20 minute light delay with Earth. We get all the new releases, all the live sports, all the archives. This Wed - Thursday is "Caddyshack" at 7 and "Animal House" at 9.

The kitchen is open till 9. Pizza night is this Saturday starting at 6!

Greenhouse 1 (hydroponics) and Greenhouse 2 (soil) will have open tea nights from 4-5PM every night this week.

Due to light delay of 5, then 10, then 20, then 24 minutes, you can't have a real time talk with anyone on Earth or Moon or in orbit. Light speed issues.

So you'll be able to keep in touch with everyone you want back home, but never able to talk to them in real time.

The main part of the ship is a big spinning ring, so spin gravity. Any trips down to the core for storage or god help us any problems will be in almost total zero G.

Geologist is going to be working a lot in the greenhouses, in the kitchen, as a nurse, as a gym instructor, etc.

Bonus fun fact: It has the oldest surface in the solar system, never having gone through differentiation.
