It can be hard to stay awake sometimes! so thats why we abuse caffeine other stimulants and energyfoods!

coffee is good in the mornings when I actually have time but thats rarely!! dr porper is my go to soda, currently drinking NOS at work bcz the ending machine doesnt have poo poo and this just tastes like battery acid :shrug:

Coffee! One mug of coffee before leaving for work, after which I might have tea and/or chocolate-covered coffee beans.
Sugar briefly gives me energy but then I can't think straight, will bounce around like a hummingbird on crack, and then abruptly crash like a tiny kitten mid-pounce.

at work I try to limit it to 4 cups of the cheapest grocery store k-cups per day, black. sometimes diluted with cold water so I can drink it really fast when needed.

I'll never get up in time to make coffee or actually prepare for work so usually I'll get whatever major name brand energy drink. I could totally slam a rockstar or whatever and take a nap not long after.

i chug mass quantities of english and irish breakfast tea (the good poo poo, not loving twinings), like, at least 2 or 3 mugs of it every day

but, secretly, my favorite source of caffeine is just loving red bull, and if allowed to have it i drink it like water. when able to do this, i think i briefly experience what it's like to not have crippling levels of depression, but probably at the expense of years of my life

From snagging morning workouts I got used to a big scoops of pre-workout powder in cranberry juice. It's delicious and is very good for getting going from sleep or just being lazy. Less harsh than energy drinks. Also, you can put it in a shaker cup and throw it in the fridge for a quick grab in the morning.

Bonus, it's also great with vodka or gin to get drunk and not pass out during a movie.

i'm trying to eat and drink healthier so i'm gonna try kicking energy drinks at least on weekdays my last place of work had a nice coffee machine that was free to use so i got my fix there but i don't really have space for a coffee maker at home. might be worth getting an aero press or something like that

also the methylphenidate prescription i guess but it's either way too low dose or it just isn't right for me
