there was a farmer's market going on in town and i bought some dried deer meat for my dad and i picked up some pickles and pickled red onion for myself and threw them along with some jalapeņo on a burger and yeah i think i've proven my hypothesis but i will need further testing tomorrow

If you raise a burger from the plate (point a) to your mouth (point b) it will come to the halfway point between a and b (point c) then the new halfway point is d. When you get to point d, there is a new halfway point, let's call it point e, between the burger and your mouth. At each checkpoint between your mouth and a previous halfway point there is a new one. Your fingers may be sinking through the bun growing soggier by the minute with ketchup dribblin down your shirt and pickles bouncing off the floor, but follow this experiment down the rabbit hole a few layers and you begin to wonder if burgers were meant to be eaten why is there an infinitely divisible gap between our mouth and them? Checkmate, carnivores!
