I just use my shirt op, breathe on them to fog them up and quickly wipe them off. Has always worked like a charm. My wife insists on using dish soap but I fail to see the point I bought my mom an ultrasonic bath like opticians use because she asked for one, if you really want them to be extra spotless, that's your ticket
