Even if there’s no sweeping change to the system, just an admin toggle of “no avatars given to this person” would at least band-aid it. I know there’s high-end powers like forum access removal and plat/PM removal, can’t there be one for this? Hell at this juncture if you put in a system of manual avatar approval, there’s gotta be a few trustworthy people who feel strongly enough about this they would be willing to play filter purely for doxxing and hatecrimes in their spare time.
