In 2021 I made this short film. I wrote the feature version in 2016 and have been trying to figure out a way to get it done for years. I ended up getting the short made due to pandemic money. I hired an actor who I believed in, had a pretty big crew for me, and did a lot of really insane stuff that's a little crazy to think about it in hindsight. It was super hard and there's a lot I don't like about the final product...but there's a lot I adore and it means a lot to me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I2JNz9H1--I I put it into festivals and some of it didn't go super well, but some of it got me a chance to meet a filmmaker who basically jolted me to jump on and make this thing finally. So that was neat. Anyway here's a short version of the short. There's other versions. One is 30 on my channel on this video, and another is 23 mins, on the channel above with the trailer. Many cuts because I'd show it to people, and you can just feel them get a bit antsy. So I was trying to get it down to festival length.
