UK was listening to an old ari shaffir podcast and him and ryan sickler went off on a rant about this magical red dust that can transform one’s chips/crabs/soul with just a shake of the yellow can just back from ricky gervais live, grabbed some fish shop chips and asked for no salt and vinegar got home and probably sprinkled around 2 teaspoons and shuffled those hot, crispy, greasy chips the result is life changing edit: it’s Old Bay. i have lost my composure, with these chips.

there is a simple paprika/pepper/sea salt/garlic granule mix I do for my chippies but this will be so much easier and better tbh. it’s so balanced.
