i usually just start on some Ramones. it leads to a Ramones mega-mix stuck in my head instead of whatever i was trying to get rid of, but at least it's a change.

i used to work on a job site that had a sensor at the gate, so if you walked or drove through the gate it would make three loud beeps. the only problem was the three beeps were the exact first three notes of the main melody from the jurassic park theme. doo dee doo it used to get the theme song stuck in my head at least once a week. me walking around like an idiot unable to not start humming it anytime it beeped lol
