Frankly I could be shot and I would go to an urgent care first. My insurance will flat out not pay for an er visit that doesn't result in hospital admission until the deductible is met, no coverage at all. Basically means setting foot in the ER will cost me like $4k since hospitals bilk the poo poo out of you
