Decision to kick it with 3+ minutes made sense especially with how Steelers offense is looking. With 2:20 it's a closer thing but I still think it's probably a better bet to win the game than going for it. Remember even if they went for it and got the touchdown They also had to hit the two-point conversion and Pittsburgh would have had plenty of time to come down and kick a winning field goal. So your win probability was bad either way.
