my dad was a salmon fisherman and so I grew up eating a decent amount of smoked salmon and then he died but also now my future brother in law is legendarily one of the best salmon fisherman in the country, got his own youtube n everything, basically has dedicated his life to catching the wet animal that is a fish so good news everyone I’ll have more smoked salmon to eat until the end of time

i ate like two pounds of smoked salmon last week to clear out space in my freezer so i can store the smoked salmon i'll be making soon now that the weather is getting colder of all the things i like to make by myself as a hobby, it's probably the only one where i save money since it costs less than a fifth of what i'd pay otherwise if i just bought it in a store
